SYNTHESIS OF DRUG DERIVATIVES AS INHIBITORS OF CANCEROUS CELLS
ABSTRACT : Cancerous tumors are among the most dangerous diseases that have spread in the current century and their danger is increased by the lack of precise treatment that eliminates them completely and for this reason the researchers search for alternative medicines have been necessitated to reduce the growth of cancerous tumors in the body and limit their spread. The current paper included development of the amoxil drug via association it with sulfazane group (innovated compound ) and production of numerous derivatives of sulfazane–Amoxil for the first time then studying the impact of innovated drugs on growth of cancer tumors via following an invented procedures of formation for sulfazane derivatives. A number of spectral techniques were screened to diagnose and demonstrate the formation of innovative derivatives (sulfazane-Amoxil) like: (FT.IR - Spectra ,H.NMR – Spectra ,Mass Spectra), physic-chemical characterization, TLC, in addition to laboratory study of cancerous cells. The results pointed to creation of these drug derivatives through appearance of new peaks while disappearance of peaks in starting compounds. This study gave good data for inhibition efficiency for these drug derivatives against growth of tumors. Key words : Amoxil, sulfazane, tumor, cancer, development of drug.
Study role of interleukin 23 level, family histories and blood groups in psoriasis patients
Abstract Background: Psoriasis is the one of important autoimmune diseases with chronic inflammatory signs in skin Erythematous, scaly plaques, and can infect all ages and in all countries. Objectives & Methodology: In order to detect the incidence of Psoriasis and its association with elevated IL-23, 70 people were involved in the current study, their ages were (1-45) years and from both genders 30 of them was with Psoriasis and the family history groups 20 and the other healthy 20 were cosidered as control groups . This study was worked in the central health laboratory, Hilla Teaching Hospital in the peroid Nov.2018 to Feb.2019 in Babylon Governorate. Results: the IL23 of in Psoriasis patients has a significant with same results in family history groups in all age groups when comparison with control group. The results also showed that patients of blood group (O+) are the most frequent by percent (33.33) followed by B+, A+ , AB+ and AB¯ with percent reached (30%,20%,10% and 6. 67%) respectively. Furthermore, there is a genetic tendency in the frequency of onset of Psoriasis as 20% in both parents and (30&10 %) in mothers and fathers respectively while 40% of the disease does not appear in their families. Results also showed significant increasing in the age groups (31-45) years in comparison with (1-15) and (16-30) years. The disease also rises in males compared with females. Conclusions: a significant increase in IL-23for patients with Psoriasis compared with the control group. Patients with family history are at high risk to develop Psoriasis. The age group (31–45) found to have high incidence of Psoriasis compared with other age groups. Persons of O+ blood groups may be at high risk to have Psoriasis.

Invention of (Gluta. Sulfazane-Cefixime) Compounds as Inhibitors of Cancerous Tumors
Back ground: Clinical trials are testing many types of treatment such as new drugs, new methods of surgery or radiotherapy, new combinations or new methods such as gene therapy, and clinical trials are one of the final stages of a long and accurate cancer research process.
Methods: As the search for new treatments begins in the laboratory, scientists invent and test new ideas first. If this approach is promising, the next step will be animal testing to see how it affects cancer in an organism, and whether it has harmful effects. Of course, treatments that work well in the laboratory or in animals may not work well in humans.
Results: The research aimed find better ways to treat cancer patients for this ,the studies are carried out on cancer patients to see if the treatment is promising, safe and effective. We attended three innovative derivatives in which two important pharmaceutical drugs were linked to the innovative sulfazane group for development and obtaining three pharmaceutical compounds developed for cancer treatment, via a series of chemical reactions to prepare the derivatives and linking them to two pharmaceutical drugs for their development and the use of non-previously used catalysis agents and innovative reaction conditions to ensure an ideal preparation method and as a reference for the upcoming research of such sulfazane compounds.
Conclusions: The derivatives (Gluta. Cefixime-Sulfazane) were proven by several diagnostic methods to prove their chemical composition act ((FT.IR - Spectra, H.NMR – Spectra, HMBC- Spectrum, Mass Spectra), chemical properties, Flowing via TLC. Then studies of cancerous cells (Throat Cancer) and other normal cells were conducted to determine their efficiency in treatment and their toxic effect.,all these evidences gave good data proved invented drugs.

Association Between Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Inflammatory Markers (ESR & CRP) in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis Before and After Injection with Platelets –Rich Plasma(PRP)
Osteoarthritis (OA) are defined as a progressive architecture destruction of the joints compared to slow healing of these joints which leads to reduce protection against degeneration and the movement of the joint is associated with roughness and accompanied by pain. Often this disease affect the knee joint, it may affect any other joints in the body. It is considered the most common disease among people over age 60. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of platelets-rich plasma injection in treatment of knee osteoarthritis and estimation of the biological and immunological markers associated with the treatment. This study involved 50 patients suffering from inflammation of the knee joint, most of these patients attended Al-Shaheed Firooz hospital in wasit Governorate and private Clinics of Orthopedic and Rheumatology in the district during the period from April 2015 until October 2015. Diagnosis of OA was done according to kellgren and Lawrance system.The age range of patients was 35 - 65 years; 31 females and 19 males. All patient groups were injected in the knee joint by a specialist physician with two injections (Two week apart) during one month with platelets-rich plasma (PRP) after its preparation from the same patient's blood in a sterile condition. This was done after the signing of the patient or one of his relatives on the written consent to conduct the injection process after explaining and clarifying the principle of injection and the purpose.The level of pain to patients group was measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The enzyme linked immunnosorbant assay (ELISA) was applied to estimate the concentration of C.Reactive protein in serum of patients group as well as healthy control the rate of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) was also estimated .All these tests were done to all patients groups before and after injections with PRP. Statistical analysis showed no significant differences between males and females ages (54.5±1.2 males, 53.2±2.1 females).The study showed significant decrease in the mean of the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of patients before and after injections with (PRP) 5.98 ± 0.129,8.46 ± 0.104, respectively, with highly significant differences (P=000.0) , also the study showed that there was a differences with no significant differences in VAS between age groups (30ʹs, 40ʹs, 50ʹs , 60ʹs) before and after injections with PRP (7.5,8.0 ,8.38 ,9.05), (5.0,5.55,5.69,6.7) respectively.The study also revealed a difference in the mean for inflammatory marker C. reactive protein concentration before and after injections with PRP (7.156± 0.328 µg/ml, 5.384± 0.196) respectively, with highly significant differences (P=0.000).The study also revealed a difference in the mean of ESR before and after injections with PRP (35.66± 0.879 mm/1hr, 23.7±0.856) (respectively), with highly significant differences (P=0.000). Positive correlation were obtained between VAS score and CRP as well as ESR after treatment.
